| Our concept to "save the planet" is for a "Closed Loop Energy System" based on using waste streams from existing processes (industrial, agricultural and municipal) to clean sewage water and create clean drinking water and
produce biodiesel (or biojet) fuel from the oil of those wastes. But our "vision" does not stop at that point.
We believe we can integrate technologies (with a LOT of flexibility as to exactly WHICH technologies are included or
not included to adapt to climate and other circumstances of location) to use the sewage sludge as well as integrate some
of the by-products of the biodiesel/biojet making process as input to other methods of creating electricity, or other liquid
fuels.

We believe we can make "islands of independent green-energy" all over the world. In each case eliminating the entire
carbon footprint of transporting the raw materials from which the fuels are name (or the electricity generated) from distant
lands, or other continents. Distributed generation of energy is also a "security" advantage of the system, because as tragic
as some natural disasters may seem, they are usually "local" (or at most regional) in nature, so the entire energy generation
system is not disrupted.

We are not proposing a "charitable" effort, we believe that to sustain an enterprise there must be an economic motivation,
but not only an economic motivation for the originators of the projects, but also a "community stake" in the long term
success and outcomes. We therefore expect to make these technology clusters the center of new industrial development
by providing the energy to run such enterprises, as well as creating a community vested interest by supporting schools,
clean water projects, and, of course, improved sanitation and sewer systems.
